Ganache is a heavenly mixture of either dark or white pure chocolate and cream, blended to create a divine creamy filling that can be joined beautifully with other flavours.

 

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE  Made with rich dark couveture chocolate

CLASSIC WHITE  Made with a mix of pure white chocolate and buttercream for stability and flavour

WHITE CHOC PASSIONFRUIT  Made with a blend of white ganache and passionfruit syrup

CINNAMON  Pairs beautifully with the mexican chocolate cake

FILLINGS

RASPBERRY  Made with fresh raspberry puree

SALTED CARAMEL  One of the most popular flavours.  Home made caramel with a dash of sea salt to enhance the sweetness.  Delicious, gooey, delightful.

PASSIONFRUIT PUREE  Made with de seeded pulp from fresh passionfruits.

FLAVOURED BUTTERCREAMS  A variety of complimentary flavours can be added to Swiss Meringue Buttercream, made with real butter and egg whites.
