Design Process

Sweet Ruby Cake designs cater to those seeking beautiful, innovative cakes that reflect the heart and mood of your event.

When you contact me with design ideas, we will work through all your considerations, including venue, theming and budget.

Upon confirmation of order, you will receive a hand drawn sketch of your design so you are confident that I have matched your vision to the final piece, down to every last detail.

Payment and deposits   A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on order confirmation and must be cleared before any work is carried out. The final balance is payable 3 weeks before completion. For orders with less than 3 weeks’ notice, the full payment is required on confirmation and is non-refundable. Payment can be made by direct money transfer.

 

Cancellations   Should you cancel your order more than 4 weeks before completion, please note that the holding/confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
